Vinyl Laminated Scrim is a .0075 thick clear vinyl film laminated to a synthetic open-mesh fabric. Vinyl Laminated Scrim, sometimes referred to as nylon scrim reinforcing material is primarily used to reinforce hinges in looseleaf binder manufacturing due to its die-electric heat sealing ability. Although other Bookbinding Supplies can be used, our Vinyl Laminated Scrim may also be used as a hinge for board products, case bound books and other items.
